Accommodation
College accommodation
If you applied for a place in Imperial accommodation by the deadline and have met all the conditions of your offer you will receive an email in September telling you which hall you've been allocated to. We call this your 'accommodation offer'. It will detail what type of room you've been allocated (e.g. single, twin, en-suite) but not your room number as you will receive this when you arrive.
If you're happy to accept this offer, you must do so by the deadline given in the email in order to secure your room.
You will also be required to complete an online accommodation induction. Once completed you will have your 'boarding pass' that will cover all the information you will need to prepare you for arrivals weekend.
Once the above is complete you will not receive any further communication from us about your accommodation offer until your arrival date.
For more information about this process, including how we allocate rooms, please see our Accommodation FAQs. Information on fees and payment can be found here.
