We are currently transitioning Support Services departments to the new HR structure. This is the beginning of improving the provision HR offers to your areas and will initially involve a change in how staff can access HR services.

We have developed this transitional arrangement, specifically for Support Services, in recognition of the issues that have been faced as a result of reduced service levels and stretched HR resources.  This has been enabled by the appointment of 10 new permanent staff, in roles relating to the HR Staff Hub and Recruitment Hub.

Strategic Support

The Strategic Support team is responsible for the strategic direction of Support Services Human Resources, providing specialist advice and guidance on all aspects of HR policy, practice and employee relations.

The team is based in Room 321, Level 3, Sherfield Building, South Kensington Campus.

How to access HR Services

  • For recruitment work and queries - For hiring new staff and any other recruitment query, Staff should contact the Recruitment Hub team. The Recruitment Hub is led by Jason Chambers (Recruitment Operations Manager).
  • For all other HR work and queries - For all other HR work and queries, please contact the Staff Hub team. The Staff Hub is led by Claudia Menichetti (Head of Staff Hub).

If you are unsure who to contact (e.g. Staff Hub or Recruitment) you should simply contact the Staff Hub and they will make sure the right person deals with the query.
