A quiet place to study with career-focused resources at your fingertips. We have two round tables that seat approximately 3-4 people each. We also have a rectangular table that can seat six people comfortably.

Interview rooms

  • There are three Interview Rooms (A, B and C) adjacent to the Careers Library, which is used by our Careers Consultants and Internship Advisers for Careers and Internship Consultations with students. For further information about our range of appointments, please see our appointments webpages.
  • An Employer Room is available for employers to book, and we run a number of events through this room, including a series of Recruiter in Residence sessions, mock interviews with employers, and also Careers Consultations with Careers Consultants. You can search all of our events via JobsLive.
  • A Seminar Room is at the centre of the Careers Service, and throughout the year we run regular sessions covering a variety of careers related topics. We’ve themed our sessions into four categories from fast-paced introductions (intensives) through to longer more practical sessions (labs). See more about these events here under ‘seminars and workshops’.

If you have an interview coming up and need a quiet space to complete it, contact us to book one of our rooms. If there is availability, then we are happy to assist, but please note that these rooms are used for Careers Events and Careers Consultations, and at times we are very busy with appointments.
