There are two options for recovering a file deleted from the Panopto server:

  1. Locating a local copy on your machine, if Panopto Personal Recorder was used, usually C:\PanoptoRecorder
  2. Contact the ICT Service Desk within 24 hours of the deletion, if it Panopto Remote recorder was used.

If you find a local copy of the recording on your Panopto Personal Recorder, go to Set Offline and Re-upload Recording. 

In all other circumstances, files cannot be recovered and are deleted permanently.
